Updating your kitchen is not an easy and inexpensive project. However, if you and your family spend a lot of time in the kitchen, it can be worth it.

Today, I am going to give you a few ideas you can begin thinking about.

If you are looking for simpler ways to update your kitchen, a coffee bar is a good place to begin. This could give you a place to show your creativity that will have a purpose as well. Below is an idea of how you could create your own coffee bar.

Another simple idea for your kitchen update could be a bookshelf to place your cookbooks. This could be built in to your other cabinets or one bought at the store. If you don’t have many cookbooks you could use the extra shelving space for frames and decorations.
